Our Comprehensive Maintenance & Repair Agreement ("CMRA") program provides the best maintenance on the optimum schedule to help ensure your units operate reliably over their lifecycle.
We offer contracts based on use and flat-rate monthly contracts. Best of all, should a breakdown occur that is protected under the CMRA, overtime and call-out expenses, even when at night or on the weekend, will be covered.
Of course, with the demanding utilization of your equipment, unscheduled repairs are inevitable. Our commitment to you, and the value of our experience and capability, is to minimize the impact of such events on your business.
We have some of the most experienced, technically capable, mechanics in North America, and dedicated, customer-focused support staff. Our container service team does one thing really well – we minimize the amount of money you have to spend on maintaining your refrigerated equipment.
ColdFront® has factory trained mechanics to support all the major container refrigeration products –Carrier, Daikin, Starcool and Thermo King.
With that technical capability, we are the authorized warranty service centre for not only the Carrier products, but also Star Cool and Daikin.
Strong parts support is critical for any service organization. In addition to well-stocked service vehicles, we have on-site parts storage at key port depots. All of this is further supported by our local parts distribution warehouse, which can often deliver parts within minutes of the need. This high level of parts support keeps total repair costs low, and equipment availability high.
